It’s not too early to think about cruising this summer.

Plans are for two weekend cruises within Narragansett Bay to include both
those who can leave Friday afternoon or Saturday AM. One day will include
either anchoring or mooring in a relatively isolated part of the bay and one day at
one of the yacht clubs or harbors.

A midsummer cruise to include short distance sailing , 20 miles or so, most
likely to the Elizabeth Islands.

Dates to be determined by your input.

  • Stink pots as well as wind bags accepted? Sure!
  • No crew? Will formulate a list of those interested in hosting crew as well
    as those volunteers to be crew.
  • No boat? It’s actually less expensive to charter a boat than to maintain
    one.
  • Small boat? If you can sleep on it certainly works in the bay.
  • Kids? Sure!
